1. Go to «My account» in «My orders». Click on «Details » then «Return Order» to complete your return request.

2. Once your return request has been validated, you will receive your pre-paid return label by e-mail.

3. Print thepre-paid return labeland tape it on your package containing the returned products and your invoice.

I drop my Colissimo Return package in my mailbox on the day indicated. My letter carrier picks up the package and places a pickup notice in my mailbox.

REVOCATION DECISION

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and return one or more items.
To do this, please fill out the return form under "My account", "My orders". Click on "Details" and "Make a return" to fill in your return form.
